Liberty Bishop supports a future Moto GP starlet – Jack Scott #JJ55

Although the 2015 season is coming to a close we are excited to continue supporting Jack Scott in the Aprilia Superteens challenge cup going into next years 9 rounds across the UK in 2016.

Jack racing Liberty Bishop

At just 14 years old, Jack aims to follow in the footsteps of the list of riders who began their Road Racing careers in the Aprilia Superteen Challenge a veritable who’s who of modern racing, to name a few: Casey Stoner, Cal Crutchlow, Bradley Smith, Leon Camier, Danny Kent and a whole host of others.

Jack hadn’t long been walking before he stepped on his first Yamaha PY50 motorbike at just 3 years old! It was all pretty inevitable really that Jack (JJ) followed in his fathers footsteps Julian (JJ snr), who back his day raced 350cc in various events.

Following Jack thus far through his Motocross (very) early years to now settling into his first season road racing taking on number 55 – #JJ55.
It’s been an amazing first season with just 2 more events left in 2015 challenge cup, Jack has racked up a number of podium finishes… We’re safe to say the highlight being the win at Cadwell Park, and unfortunately as with all racing there has been some lows with engine faults and crashing out (got to find those limits somehow).

Liberty Bishop supports ‘Team JJ Racing’ along with The Two Wheel Centre, Silkolene oil, Chameleon Decorating and a few family members, of course Jack couldn’t do any of this with the mega support he receives from his Mum and Dad (and older sister Anna to).

All of the rounds are televised on Motors TV. If you are interested in supporting a future star in motor racing please feel free to get in touch.

We’ll blog a end of season report with JJ and talk game plans for 2016 soon.

We wish Jack the very best for the last 2 Aprilia Superteen events at Donnington and Cadwell Park. If you head along to any of the Thundersport GB events make sure you head over to the paddocks and say Hi to Jack – He’s always happy to meet new supporters.
